An exciting opportunity of Associate Investment Manager for a Fintech company is available in Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi.This position will play a crucial role in supporting the investment management team in executing investment strategies, conducting research, and managing client portfolios. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What you'll do:

Assist in the management of client portfolios by implementing investment strategies and making informed decisions based on market analysis
Monitor portfolio performance, assess risk factors, and recommend adjustments as needed to meet client objectives
Conduct thorough financial analysis and research on various investment opportunities, industries, and market trends
Utilise quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate potential investments and assess their impact on portfolios
Collaborate with the client services team to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
Communicate investment strategies and portfolio performance to clients in a clear and professional manner
Execute trades and ensure timely and accurate implementation of investment decisions
Work closely with trading desks and technology teams to optimise trade execution processes
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Monitor and assess risks associated with investment strategies and implement risk mitigation measures
Prepare and present periodic performance reports to clients and senior management
Analyse and communicate the drivers of portfolio performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement
Leverage fintech tools and platforms to enhance investment processes and streamline workflow
Collaborate with technology teams to implement innovative solutions for portfolio management and analysis

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.What you bring:

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management principles
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
Knowledge of fintech tools and platforms, and a willingness to adapt to emerging technologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
