- Drive business performance to achieve and exceed overall business objectives
- Oversee P&L management and annual budget planning
- Prepare and establish annual sales targets and ensure monthly target achievements
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, store traffic, and profitability
- Plan and execute the Promotional Calendar aligned with sales objectives
- Manage customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat purchases
- Maintain the brand's standards for in-store experience, visual merchandising and marketing collaterals
- Provide accurate and timely business performance reports
- Collaborate with trade partners to grow brand presence both offline and online
- Build strong relationships with principals, trade partners, media, and suppliers
- Manage inventory and product mix to align with customers' needs and maximize sales
- Lead and inspire a team of sales personnel
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in brand and business management
- Proven track record in P&L ownership and budget planning
- Strong analytical skills with a keen sense for numbers
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams
- Sales-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering business growth
- Experience in the retail or beauty (especially skincare) industry is highly advantageous
