- Assist the Senior/ Brand Manager with the development of marketing plans (brand strategic & operational plans), which may include distribution channel solutions (digital, social media, inside sales), execution of marketing activities, and building promotional materials for a specific product or therapeutic area/franchise.
- Assists the Senior/Brand Manager with budget development & management
- Assist SBM/BM with the development of marketing plans, marketing & sales activities, and promotional materials for specific therapeutic areas/franchise or brands.
- Assist SBM/BM with the development of budgets and monitoring of expenses.
- Support SBM/BM to manage brand/product, collect insight and data analyze competitive performance and trends
- Develop marketing & sale materials aligned with strategies
- Educate sales representatives on products and competitors
- Coordinate and/or conduct special studies and promotional projects
- Collaborate with field forces to ensure flawless and aligned execution of the brands’ plan.
- Cross-functional working to identify and evaluate new sources of business and growth for the brand.
- Develop and deliver innovative solutions and promotional levers for professional customers.
- Work with training partner and brand agencies to support message pull-through and key Salesforce training of marketing strategy, messaging, and materials.
- Build tactical plans based on the brand strategic plan and get approval. Leading all aspects of tactical implementations, including timelines.
- Deliver other tasks/ cross-functional projects assigned by the company.
- Adherence to AZ global policy, AZVN compliance for external interaction, code of conduct, and industry code of marketing practices.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
- Scientific background or affinity for scientific information
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 2 years of marketing or adjacent marketing experience
- Exceptional analytics capability
- Ability to think and execute innovative marketing plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication Skills
- Good planning and Organisational Skills
- Acts with a sense of accountability and urgency
- Knowledge and experience in navigating the regulatory approval process and other relevant codes of practice
