- Lead the regional execution of Sales & Distribution (S&D) strategies, ensuring alignment with the national framework to achieve targeted objectives.
- Establish and maintain the infrastructure and processes necessary for the effective execution of brand and trade programs, tailored to meet both business goals and customer segment demands.
- Contribute significantly to the S&D Leadership team, influencing and driving the People & Leadership agenda, fostering a culture of leadership and development within the team.
- Report directly to the National Sales Director, acting as a key liaison between the regional team and senior management.
- Engage closely with internal stakeholders, including the Regional Sales Director and Region Business Development Manager, to ensure strategic alignment and operational synergy.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with external partners, such as Distributors and Suppliers, to support regional S&D objectives.
- Drive the regional team towards achieving assigned targets, including volume, distribution, and stock availability, through effective strategy implementation and team motivation.
- Manage distributor and wholesaler relationships to support the Route to Market (RTM) agenda, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Trade Coverage Plan for the region, focusing on maximizing reach and impact of trade marketing efforts.
- Lead the regional team in achieving trade marketing objectives, such as enhancing visibility, ensuring stock freshness, and optimizing off-take performance at outlets.
- Oversee the implementation of brand campaigns, developing detailed operational plans to achieve and measure campaign KPIs effectively.
- Foster a culture of effective people management and coaching within the team, aiming to maximize individual performance and support career development plans.
- Dedicate time to strategic oversight, ensuring the S&D strategy is translated into actionable plans that align with national S&D goals and meet regional targets.
- Motivate, manage, and develop the regional team, encouraging a culture of coaching and development in line with the company's guiding principles and mission.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure strategic objectives are met, tracking the execution of cycle plan activities and adherence to instructions.
- Collaborate with business development and other internal partners to maintain alignment and support operational success, nurturing key external relationships.
- Encourage innovation and transformation within the team, promoting the development and implementation of new trade programs and strategic initiatives.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Brings a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Consumer Goods sector.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, capable of effectively communicating in a multilingual environment.
- Demonstrates strong coordination and collaboration abilities, essential for working across teams and departments.
- Possesses robust reporting and analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation.
