- Overseeing the training and management of the sales team to establish and uphold prominent stock visibility across all outlets in the assigned General Trade channel area.
- Supervising, coaching, and training sales teams to execute policies and sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the designated area of responsibility.
- Developing distribution systems and implementing plans to organize, manage, and direct all sales activities in the regional market, aiming to meet targets for sales volume, market share, product mix, coverage, and profit margins.
- Recommending and formulating strategies, policies, and distribution systems for sales, regularly monitoring and analyzing the distribution network, market trends, competitors, and the companys product strategy to propose improvement action plans.
- Analyzing sales progress, promotional expenses, and competitor activities to devise effective sales and promotion plans, maximizing sales volume for various brands and products.
- Providing leadership to motivate and develop the Marketing team for optimal sales effectiveness, productivity, and succession planning for the companys future growth.
- Collaborating closely, maintaining effective communication, and conducting field visits with Sales staff to assess their performance in assigned areas, their dedication to the companys interests, customer relationships, and service systems.
- Recommending the appointment or termination of Distributors and taking necessary actions against Distributors as needed.
- Evaluating staff performance and proposing the termination of Sales staff, representing the Company in disciplinary actions according to company regulations and labor laws.
- Undertaking other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Reporting directly to the Sales Director.
- Male and below 35 years of age.
- Bachelors Degree in related fields.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG is required, with at least 3 years in a relevant position within multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Sales Management.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints is a crucial skill for this role.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
- Strong English communication skills.
