The purpose of this role is to developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met.The Account Director is viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward.The role is also responsible for new business development and can manage the profit for the team and is ambitious to achieve strong financial targets.Job Description:Business Development
  • Create and execute strategies to build a pipeline of new business opportunities, including leading the agency’s pitch process and converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives.
  • Support and grow existing client relationships, while contributing to key pitches and new opportunities.
Client Leaderships & Advisory
  • Partner with key clients, including large and high-demand accounts to solve complex business challenges across industries such as technology, fintech, real estate, and other evolving sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CMOs and marketing leaders, deeply understanding their business, category, and growth challenges.
  • Lead strategic conversations for key clients, confidently guiding, challenging, and aligning expectations.
Delivery Excellence & Project Management
  • Ensure flawless execution of client projects by maintaining high standards of delivery.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control.
  • Lead internal teams with clarity, setting briefs, expectations, and alignment on campaign objectives to ensure seamless execution.
Team Leaderships & Capability Building
  • Mentor and develop the Account team, elevating the overall quality of thinking and output.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to strengthen strategic rigor and storytelling capability.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and creative environment.
Collaborations & Integration
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Account), ensuring alignment from brief to execution.
  • Ensuring team operations comply with corotate laws and regulations.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management roles within creative, integrated, or digital agencies.
  • Excellent business development skills and able to secure new clients.
  • Strong client relation management and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
  • Experience working with large clients and high expectations, with the ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to multiple industries, with depth or interest in complex sectors such as real estate or fintech.
  • Experience working on regional or global campaigns is a strong advantage.
