Work cross‑functionally with Client Directors, Consultants, Project Teams, and Regional Leaders to deliver flawless client experiences.This role is critical in building Kantar’s reputation as a strategic growth partner.The task includes but not limited to:Driving new businessBuilding visibility of Kantar in VietnamWorking with all solution leads to drive key productsReignite lapsed clientsEngage all new queries and interest from clientsPrioritise outreach and marketing events for Kantar internally and ExternallyRole requires pre-sale activities, preparation as well as proposal development and closing of sales.1. New Business Development & Pipeline GrowthProactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across priority sectors (e.g. Financial Services, Automotive, Telco, FMCG, Retail).Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring sufficient coverage to meet revenue targets.Drive both new client acquisition and cross‑sell / upsell opportunities within existing accounts.Track opportunities from lead generation through proposal submission, negotiation, and win/loss analysis.2. Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild positive relationships with, senior leaders, C‑suite and senior decision‑makers in the industry and clients (CXOs, CMOs, Heads of CX, Digital, Strategy).Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients, understanding their business objectives, growth challenges, and customer priorities.Lead client conversations passionate about business outcomes, not just research deliverables.Maintain a strong external profile for Kantar through meetings, presentations, and industry engagement.3.
