- Engage in field sales activities, including making sales calls and managing worldwide sales initiatives
- Responsible for customer acquisition and retention, involving pre-sales activities, creating customer proposals, and generating pricing proposals
- Manage account activation processes
- Oversee post-sales activities, including competition monitoring
- Plan and organise own work on a mid-term basis, typically up to quarterly periods
- Develop and enhance existing and new team processes and procedures
- Obtain a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or a related field
- Analytical skills, influencing & persuasion skills, project management skills, numerical skills, judgement & decision-making skills
- Accumulate six years of pertinent work experience, with at least two years in a managerial role
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Vietnamese languages, both orally and in writing
