An exciting Head of Sales has become available at one of the most respected international logistics firms based in HCMC. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is the role for a leader in their field.About the Head of Sales Role:In this business-critical role, you will need to effectively oversee a team, including managers within designated departments and/or locations, ensuring the attainment of departmental and/or operational objectives while maintaining prompt and consistent adherence to processes and procedures. Ensure alignment of all activities with company goals and regulatory standards, which may span across a single country or multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:

Engage in field sales activities, including making sales calls and managing worldwide sales initiatives
Responsible for customer acquisition and retention, involving pre-sales activities, creating customer proposals, and generating pricing proposals
Manage account activation processes
Oversee post-sales activities, including competition monitoring
Plan and organise own work on a mid-term basis, typically up to quarterly periods
Develop and enhance existing and new team processes and procedures

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.Key Requirements:

Obtain a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or a related field
Analytical skills, influencing & persuasion skills, project management skills, numerical skills, judgement & decision-making skills
Accumulate six years of pertinent work experience, with at least two years in a managerial role
Demonstrate fluency in both English and Vietnamese languages, both orally and in writing
