My client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join to launch their company into the Vietnam market and drive the growth of their retail stores through effective talent acquisition and HR management. The HR Manager will help to build and implement HR strategies whilst focusing on talent acquisition, ensuring that each store is staffed with skilled, motivated individuals who align with the company's brand values.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for retail store positions (sales associates, store managers, and support staff).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract candidates who align with the company's culture and values.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports to inform business decisions.
  • Support HR operations related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs as needed to support staff growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.
Lead the company's entry into the Vietnam retail market.Attract top retail talent and growth plans for the company.Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in retail or fashion industries.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with store teams and senior management.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Chinese language experience is a plus.
