- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for retail store positions (sales associates, store managers, and support staff).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract candidates who align with the company's culture and values.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports to inform business decisions.
- Support HR operations related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs as needed to support staff growth.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in retail or fashion industries.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with store teams and senior management.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
- Chinese language experience is a plus.
