Business Development | Retail Expansion (Manager / Senior Manager)

- Plan and secure new business premises by scouting, evaluating, and negotiating with landlords for new or existing sites.
- Handle tenancy negotiations, renewals, terminations, and formalise agreements with landlords.
- Coordinate fit-out designs, renovations, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and required permits.
- Liaise with designers, landlords, and contractors to oversee site progress, maintenance, and renovations.
- Prepare documentation for management approval and maintain a database to ensure timely tenancy renewals.
- Conduct feasibility studies on outlet performance and propose solutions for improvement.
- Manage on-site event coordination and address any other assigned tasks as needed.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Five (5) years of working experience in retail chain, multi-level marketing or FMCG industries.
- Good working relationship with the Shopping Mall leasing would be advantageous
- Possess strong organisation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- A high degree of integrity and commitment is required for this position.
- Possess good verbal and written skills in English. Speak and understand Mandarin will be added advantage)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
