Product Leadership (AI & Web3): Lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered features (chatbots, agents, smart prompts, etc.) and own the roadmap for smart contract integrations and digital asset marketplaces.
Roadmap Ownership: Define and own the product roadmap, working closely with designers, engineers, and leadership to ship features across mobile and web.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features efficiently across mobile and web platforms.
Performance & Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across AI usage, creator engagement, and user retention.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with design and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and optimize user experience (UX) flows.
Technical & Strategic Alignment: Align product vision with technical constraints across Large Language Models (LLMs), blockchain technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates and strategic progress effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally within the AI, Web3, gaming, or creator platforms space.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products (e.g., GPT APIs, LangChain, RAG, chat agents).
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (smart contracts, tokens, NFTs, wallets).
Proven track record shipping B2C or consumer tech products from zero to scale.
Strong technical fluency able to effectively translate between engineering and business needs.
Data-informed mindset: demonstrated experience using product analytics and user testing tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to thrive in remote and cross-cultural teams.

Nice to Have:

Background in gaming, social platforms, or creator economy tools.
Experience with AWS, Firebase, or GCP.
Familiarity with Solidity, marketplace design, or tokenomics.
Experience integrating AI features into mobile SDKs or real-time UIs.
