Collaborate with delivery managers and clients to understand current and future business needs
Analyze existing systems to identify upgrade opportunities or feature enhancements
Propose comprehensive business solutions with cost estimations (development, operations, maintenance)
Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and integration
Facilitate technical discussions with development teams to align on software requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across the project lifecycle
Ensure seamless integration of all system components and infrastructure
Provide training and guidance to staff on system procedures and best practices
Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions from stakeholders
Monitor system performance to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
Support presales activities including technical proposals and solution presentations

What you'll bringTechnical Expertise

Strong background in Java API Microservices & Oracle PL/SQL & Forms/Reports
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, AKS, Apache NiFi, Salesforce
Familiarity with .NET C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Spring Framework, Spring Boot (preferred)
Proficient in Oracle DB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Experience with Unit Testing, Jenkins, Fortify, Snyk, SonarQ for code quality assurance

Soft Skills & Domain Knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinking
Proven experience in technical solutioning, proposal writing, and presales engagements
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Prior experience in the insurance domain is a strong plus
Willingness to work onsite at the customer's office in HCMC (Hybrid model: 2-3 days onsite per week)
