Senior Sales Engineer

• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Handle order placement, sales, and accounts receivable collection.
• Manage a list of distributors, including detailed information and preparation and management of distributor contracts.
• Visit distributors to propose products and confirm project details.
• Conduct support activities for distributors.
• Implement promotion programs for distributors.
• Monitor the sales performance of each distributor and provide advice on strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Collect information about customers and competitors.
• Develop new distributor relationships.
• Manage monthly order and sales reports, as well as sales commissions.
• Provide monthly reports.
