- Develop a specific plan to ensure revenue growth for the company's product.
- Liaise with, support, and manage local partners to ensure their ability to drive and achieve sales goals.
- Manage new account sales and growth, including multi-product sales.
- Proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by conducting consistent, meaningful account sales in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Compose presentations for management as needed, and develop and implement workable procedures and business plans to maximize business development in the region.
- Create and customize presentations and proposals to meet the needs of your customers.
- Solid experience and track record of sales revenue achievement.
- Have a network in the pharmaceutical, biotech, FMCG, and other relevant industries.
- Understanding the Laboratory Information Management System is preferred.
- Familiar with cross-functional and international team collaboration.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-driven and proactive in dealing with new prospects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Flexible in terms of work travel.
