As an Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing product training for customers and business partners. You will be responsible for establishing meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders while supporting researchers in their academic collaborations. Your role will also involve demonstrating products both online and on-site at hospitals. You will be expected to stay abreast of technological developments within the sector, ensuring that you can provide the best possible service to our clients. Your input will be invaluable in launching new products and technologies.
- Provide product training for customers and business partners
- Establish and manage relationships with key opinion leaders
- Support researchers for academic collaboration
- Demonstrate products online, at congresses, and on-site at hospitals
- Stay up-to-date with technological developments in the target sectors
- Set up documentation for pre or post customer training, such as quick guides, presentations, tutorials
- Provide regular customer feedback to the application department
- Launch new products and technology, including field evaluation and internal training
- Manage the partners' training and evaluation (Test and assessment)
The ideal candidate for this Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist position will bring over five years of experience as a clinical specialist. She will have a strong background in ultrasound physics and applications, coupled with excellent communication skills. Her ability to teach others will be matched by her ability to create and present clinical/technical content in English. She will have a proactive, outgoing personality, be customer-friendly, problem-solving oriented, representative, responsible, committed, and show initiative.
- Over 5 years work experience as a clinical specialist
- Strong background in Ultrasound physics and applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to teach others
- Ability to create and present clinical/technical contents in English
