Position Objective/Expectation
- Provide production management support for a Chinese printing company in Bac Ninh ＊This position will be hired by the Company but the working location will be based at their partner factory. ＊Customers (Vietnam), suppliers (communication with Chinese people in Vietnam)
Job Responsibilities
- Translation support for purchase orders - Manage and negotiate production and shipping according to schedule - Coordination of data integration and other confirmations from Japan - Participation in meetings, interpretation support - Interpretation support for issuing instructions to the site - Any other tasks assigned by the ManagerJob Requirement Necessary Skill / Experience
・Gender Any ・Age from 25 ・Education: College or above ・Language: Mandarin at Business Level and English at Conversational Level ・Experience: Having work experience in manufacturing companies. ・Good understanding of production control ・Having good skills of Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint） ・Can go to work by yourself
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Can use English at Business Level ・Can use Mandarin and Japanese both at Business Level ・Having good knowledge of Printing manufacturing
