• Observe and analyze bottlenecks on the lines and consider correction measures needed

• Improvement initiatives for production.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Industrial Engineer field.
• At least 3 years' experience related to Industrial Engineer. Preferably Footwear or

• English good at both speaking & writing.
• Background in shoe making is a plus.
• Good at computer skills (Ms Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Auto Cad)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
