  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training program for all hotel staff in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of the Team.
  • Assist in identifying the training needs of the hotel.
  • Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an on-going basis.
  • Preparing all training materials and documents for training class.
  • Coordinate for room arrangement, coffee break and ensure training room is ready before class starting.
  • Conduct Orientation, Brand Service Programs and other Soft Skills Programs.
  • Follow up Personal Training Competencies List and Employee Orientation Check List.
  • Update Training Attendance Records correctly which include Departmental Training (On The Job Training).
  • Design attractive training activity board and update regularly.
  • Support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.
  • Prepare Training Monthly Report to GM and HR Manager.
  • Proper filling Employee Development Journey file.
  • To assist Talent &Department in organizing Staff Activities and undertake other tasks as agreed with Training Manager
  • Conducting job evaluation surveys
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
  • Compiling and presenting information
  • Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
  • Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
  • Designing and assessing training programmes.

  • Have Training Skills, Soft Skills, Basic Training Courses for hotel staff
  • At least 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training.
  • Passion for People Development.
  • English: good writing and communication skills.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, have basic Photoshop/Canva skill.
