Develop a comprehensive project timeline and documentation.
Utilize project management software to facilitate project planning and development.
Provide or set up relevant templates for project management.
Coordinate project activities from the initial stages.
Assist in preparing project reports and meeting materials.
Assisting senior project manager with day-to-day project delivery.
Minutes and weekly, monthly reports, trackers and all project related administrative support.
Design/project management
Site inspection and monitoring
Risk management and change control
Programme/Schedule management update and monitoring
Stakeholder management and user requirement consolidation

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience
Engineering qualification/ construction management qualification
Experience in manufacturing facility, high-rise building (e.g. residential, mixed-use development)
PM certificate including PMP and local licenses/ certificate issued by local authority
Fluent in English
