This is a strategic leadership role that blends hands-on technical expertise with project delivery oversight in a collaborative, multinational environment.As a Technical Project Manager at Endava, you'll lead the delivery of Agile projects, ensuring strong alignment between business goals, technical teams, and client expectations. Acting as a facilitator and key communicator, you'll drive collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. This role is ideal for professionals who perform well in fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering results through strategic problem-solving.Responsibilities:

Planning, executing, and managing the technical project team from initiation to completion.
Managing project plans, release schedules and resource allocation.
Identifying and overseeing risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.
Implementing and enforcing Scrum ceremonies for efficient project execution.
Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Promote team motivation, collaboration, and communication while supporting performance evaluations.
Manage client expectations, engagement, and stakeholder relationships effectively.

QualificationsTechnical Skills:

8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Project Manager role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies, along with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
Experienced managing complex and large-scale projects.
Experienced with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance.
Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

Excellent English communication skills.
Skilled in managing client expectations with excellent client-facing abilities.
Strong leadership and motivational skills and ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
