Location: Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and expand the local market for Data Center cooling solutions (chillers, CRAC, CRAH, cooling towers, airflow management) in Vietnam.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with target customers (Data Center owners, operators, contractors, design consultants) and key stakeholders.
- Understand customers' technical requirements (cooling capacity, PUE, reliability, scalability) and collaborate with headquarters (China) to deliver customized solutions.
- Advise customers on specialized Data Center cooling products, including:
- Chillers (air-cooled, water-cooled, magnetic bearing)
- CRAC / CRAH (Computer Room Air Conditioner / Air Handler)
- Cooling towers, pumps, piping systems
- Free cooling and airflow containment (hot/cold aisle)
- Collect and analyze market insights, industry trends, and competitor activities in the Data Center cooling space.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the global sales team.
- Align with global sales strategies and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between local and global teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering (HVAC, Thermal, Mechanical), IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with mandatory hands-on experience in Data Center / IT infrastructure/ server room cooling products (chillers, CRAC, CRAH, cooling towers) or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the local Data Center market in Vietnam.
- Existing client network within the Data Center industry (operators, contractors, consultants) is a strong advantage.
- Good English communication skills (ability to read technical documents and liaise with international partners). Chinese is a plus.
- Strong self-motivation, ownership mindset, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and collaborate remotely with headquarters.
- Relevant experience in a similar position in data centers, IT infrastructure, or related industries, specifically in cooling / thermal solutions.
- Willing to accept challenges, not overly concerned about company information and benefits when applying (all issues will be clarified in person during the interview).
- Candidates with experience working in Chinese companies or familiar with Chinese work methods are most suitable.
