- Build advanced dashboards and reporting pipelines.
- Serve as an internal consultant, simplifying complex data for stakeholders.
- Lead process improvements using automation and AI tools.
- Contribute to data governance and reporting accuracy.
- Explore innovative AI/ML applications for insights delivery.
- Be the insights partner for key stakeholders, delivering data-driven recommendations and performance dashboards.
- Lead the design of BI solutions: from defining requirements to developing reports, visualizations, and process automations.
- Leverage AI APIs, LLMs, and automation tools (e.g. Windsurf, Google Gemini) to streamline reporting, generate insights, or automate manual processes.
- Champion data accuracy, governance, and consistency, managing metadata, data catalogs, and data documentation.
- Simplify complex data into actionable insights using clear visualizations (Looker Studio, Looker, or Power BI).
- Explore and prototype innovative data solutions (e.g. NLP-powered summarization, predictive models) to enhance decision-making.
- Coach and train business users to promote data literacy and enable self-service insights.
- Partner with technical and business teams to identify high-impact analytics and AI initiatives.
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards, reports, and automations.
- 5+ years of experience in BI/analytics roles with exposure to data engineering principles.
- Strong SQL and Python skills (AI libraries knowledge is a bonus).
- Familiarity with AI/ML APIs and automation tools (e.g. Windsurf, GPT models, Vertex AI, or similar).
- Experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Looker Studio and any equivalent .
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
- Prior experience working with large-scale datasets (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience in eCommerce or fast-paced digital industries is preferred.
