Job summaryOur client is looking for Business Analyst to join their company and to continue developing this high performing team.Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior IT Business Analyst Specialist, you will report to Senior IT Solution Leader and be responsible for the following:· Daily Operation of Department (Functional Work):o Contribute to the creation/updating/re-engineering of standardized processes and best practiceso Facilitate/oversees the analysis and design of technology solutions to ensure business needs are meto Analyze and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standardo Collaborate with developers, leadership and other architects to implement strategic technical proposal into realityo Lead the project team to implement proposed solutions using your experience and knowledgeo Responsible for technical scoping and design through the entire project life-cycle from initiatives through implementation and go-liveo Participate in research/design of new system/application & prepare proposal for innovation· Procurement: Support IT solution team leader in define scope of work in relevant area· Reporting: Consolidate data/information to support Leader producing IT Solution Report in assigned area· Budgeting:o Support IT solution team leader in preparing supporting document for annual budgeting in relevant areao Monitor the scope of implementation to ensure no extra cost incurred· Policy and procedure:o Contribute to building the Improvement process & procedures/standardso Study & apply IT process & procedures/standardo Follow the IT Improvement process & procedures/standard· Building capability of teamso Self-training or attend relevant training courses to equip with additional capabilities to support daily work operations as required by the Manager and Leadero Propose specific training for own area to fulfill competency of the teamo Organize hand on training for in scope area· Project Managemento Contribute to building the project management process & procedures/standardso Follow the project management process & procedures/standard in project implementationo Ensure the assigned project meet IT solution project KPI· Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiorsExperience requirementsv Experience· At least 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, ERP implementation business or relevant area· At least 3 years leadership/management experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, ERP implementation business or relevant areav Skills· SAP Logistic Consultant Experience (one of the module PP/PM/PS) with at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations/rollouts· Practical experience in project management· Strong analytical skills to create reports/presentation and offer recommendations.· Self-motivated, able to quickly learn new IT solutions to adapt the rapid change in IT industry.· Good teamwork skill plus be able to work independently and follow through on all aspects of responsibilities, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.· Demonstrate the ability to document and communicate ideas to both businesses focused and technical focused audiences.· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills used to align the business capabilities and IT systems.· Strong project management skill· Must be fluent in Englishv Competency· Knowledge and skillso Job Knowledgeo Planningo Communication· Safety· Work Attitudeso Results orientedo Teamworko Adaptabilityo Creativity & innovation· Management skillso Decision makingo Mentoring and coaching· LeadershipEducation requirementsv Qualifications· Bachelor's degree or above; Preferably in domain Logistic/ Supply Chain/Foreign Trade/ Finance & Accounting/ Business / MIS / Computer Science or related fields.
