Job PurposeThe Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing local sourcing capabilities in Vietnam while coordinating closely with the China team. This role plays a key part in supporting factory setup and expansion, including purchasing equipment and managing suppliers, especially die-cast mold vendors.Key Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen local sourcing strategy in Vietnam to support manufacturing operations.

Manage and coordinate with existing die-cast mold suppliers in China.

Lead procurement activities for machinery, equipment, and production-related materials.

Work closely with China HQ and technical teams to ensure specifications, quality, and delivery timelines are met.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new local suppliers in Vietnam.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.

Support factory ramp-up and future expansion phases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

Chinese language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).

Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the same or similar industry.

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Willing to work full-time in Nam Dinh.
