ACG_2940_JOBOur client is a top-notch company specialized in financial services who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Management and Operation of the Financial Accounting DivisionResponsible for overseeing all activities of the financial accounting division, ensuring the preparation and management of the bank’s financial reports are accurate, transparent, and compliant with regulations.Supervise, manage, and optimize the bank’s financial resources.Ensure that the bank’s financial activities comply with legal regulations and national and international accounting and financial standards.Budget Management and Financial PlanningDevelop and implement the bank’s long-term and short-term financial plans.Ensure reasonable budget allocation to departments and branches of the bank and monitor budget implementation.Conduct periodic financial analysis and prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors.Financial Control and SupervisionEnsure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports, tax reports, and periodic financial statements as required by regulatory authorities.Manage the bank’s expenses, income sources, and cash flow to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability.Ensure Compliance with Financial and Accounting RegulationsSupervise the implementation of financial and accounting procedures in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank and other regulatory agencies.Update and apply new legal regulations on finance, taxation, accounting, and auditing to ensure the bank consistently complies with legal requirements.Financial Advisory and Support to Other DepartmentsProvide reports, financial analysis, and key financial indicators to support the strategic decisions of the Board of Directors.Advise on loan management, investments, and other financial activities of the bank.Leadership and Development of the Financial Accounting TeamBuild and develop the financial accounting team, ensuring the team has sufficient capability and a strong sense of responsibility.Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of staff within the financial accounting division.Ensure Financial AuditsDirect internal audits and independent audits of the bank’s financial and accounting activities.Coordinate with external auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy of the bank’s financial reports.RequirementsUniversity degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or related fields.Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA are considered an advantage.At least 8-10 years of experience in the financial accounting field, including at least 5 years in a senior management position within the banking or financial industry.Experience working in financial institutions, banks, or large corporations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Solid knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS), banking financial regulations, and legal requirements.Financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills.Communication, negotiation, time management, and effective problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial accounting software, MS Office, and ERP systems.Ability to work under high pressure, decisive, and creative in problem-solving.High sense of responsibility, careful, and meticulous in work.Good professional ethics, honesty, and ability to work independently.Contact: Huong DoDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
