ACG_2918_JOBOur client is a leading company specialized in manufacturing who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Execute strategic directives and initiatives assigned by the Chairman and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term goals.Serve as an advisor to the Board of Directors, and support the implementation of board and shareholder resolutions related to business, investment, and financial planning.Act as a key advisor to the General Director across all operational domains of the company.Develop and manage both short-term and long-term business plans to support the company’s overall strategic direction.Directly supervise project directors, ensuring effective execution of 7 key site performance indicators: workplace safety, construction quality, schedule compliance, execution methods, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and cost optimization.Propose measures to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.Assign tasks, plan workloads, and monitor performance across departments under the company’s executive board.Engage and coordinate with various stakeholders involved in project execution—including investors, consultants, main and subcontractors—to ensure progress and quality meet approved standards.Evaluate and select subcontractors based on capability and fit.Work closely with departments at the parent company to ensure seamless operation and resource integration.Provide periodic and ad-hoc progress reports on project implementation to the CEO, Board of Directors, or Chairman.Carry out additional duties as assigned by the CEO or Chairman.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.Preference for candidates with an MBA or certifications in project management.Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, execution, or construction supervision in civil/industrial infrastructure or transportation projects and at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.Prior experience in factory construction, pre-engineered steel buildings, or multicultural/international environments is a plus.Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills; proven ability to manage resources and personnel effectively.Excellent leadership and strategic thinking capabilities; confident in making decisions under pressure.Analytical problem-solving skills, with a systems-thinking mindset; able to synthesize multi-departmental data for business insights.Excellent time management; able to prioritize tasks and allocate time efficiently.Confident in presenting to senior management; strong communication and presentation skills.English communication skills are an advantage.Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate while maintaining personal accountability and judgment.Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and general office software.Contact: Nga NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
