- Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Promoting the restaurant and identifying ways to attract more customers Managing customer complaints.
- Filling out necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory, and staff attendance reports.
- Experience in restaurant management, particularly cost control.
- A thorough understanding of the fine dining model, customer insights, and customer experience.
- Experience studying or working abroad is preferable.
- Excellent human resource management skills.
- Good at handling customer requests and providing excellent customer service.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Can travel on business trips for work.
