• Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant management experience.
• Proven experience in comprehensive operational management with profit and loss responsibility, demonstrating strong business acumen and market sensitivity.
• Exceptional ability in managing operations and driving change, with a deep understanding of consumer needs and capabilities in market expansion.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience in managing large teams, and a track record of innovation and responsibility. Rapid learning ability and adaptability are essential, along with a reputation for professional integrity.
