Plan and expand the network of driver partners, fleet owners and acquire new affiliated partners;Seeking van & truck drivers in Vietnam to become Lalamove driver-partners, fleet owners, and potential partners to become Lalamove affiliates;
Support driver-partners/partners in Lalamove account registrations, coming to Lalamove driver centers to complete their registration if needed;
Educate driver partners/affiliates, ensuring compliance with Lalamove's policies;
Build and maintain relationships with affiliated partners/fleet owners/driver partners;
Ensure the quality of driver partners after onboarding especially complete orders in the period;
Perform other duties assigned by direct manager

Understand and follow the company procedures: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Proficient in the use of smartphones and technology applications.

What you will need?

Undergraduate/College/Bachelor's Degree in any field;
At least 6 months of experience in field sales logistics/ operations or driver community management.
