- Process data related to quality;
- Monitor quality-related metrics;
- Handle direct and indirect complaints (Driver through the office or by phone, Facebook);
- Receive information and support Drivers/customers directly or indirectly;
- Support writing information articles for drivers: announcements, procedures...
- Support other teams (if any).
- College/ University diploma preferred, but open to undergraduates with positive attitudes and aspirations.
- Can work full time for at least 6 months;
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
- Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
