Our client is seeking a Senior Accessibility Tester to join their dynamic digital accessibility team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, environment where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a unified accessibility standard across all digital assets.What you'll do:As a Senior Accessibility Tester, you will be an integral part of our client's Digital Accessibility team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a unified accessibility standard across all digital assets. You will perform critical tasks such as gap analysis on task acceptance criteria and provide specific requirements for tasks. Additionally, you will conduct cross-browser, device, and screen reader testing while logging defects and assisting with solutions for any issues identified. You will also support the implementation of best practice Digital Accessibility with internal stakeholders.

Performing Accessibility gap analysis on task Acceptance Criteria
Providing Accessibility-specific requirements for tasks, including required ARIA attribute, semantic HTML markup, and screen reader behaviour scenarios
Performing cross-browser, devices, and screen reader testing
Logging defects and assisting with solutions for any issues identified
Supporting the implementation of best practice Digital Accessibility with internal stakeholders, including recommendations
Encouraging team members to share open and honest perspectives
Creating and maintaining an equally safe environment for all team members to 'test and learn', share learning, challenge thinking, team development and explore new ideas
Communicating a clear, consistent vision to the team that creates shared purpose

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Senior Accessibility Tester role will bring a wealth of experience in Manual & Automation testing, with at least five years in the field. You will have a deep understanding of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.0 (Level AA), and experience with accessibility tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback etc. Your experience in cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-screen reader testing will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will have participated in the creation and improvement of internal accessibility testing standards and processes.

Five years in the design and execution of Manual & Automation testing
Knowledge and experience with accessibility standards WCAG 2.0 (Level AA)
Experience testing with one to two of accessibility tools: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback etc.
Experience in cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-screen reader testing
Participation in the creation and improvement of internal accessibility testing standards and processes
Knowledge of best-practice Accessibility, Usability, Inclusive design principles or similar
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with iOS/Android design system is desired
Strong communication skills in English
