
Account Manager (Dealers)

- Responsible for driving sales volume, building dealer/end-user relationships, and executing company commercial policies within assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume, SOM, and dealer targets.
- Identify and onboard new dealers; maintain and grow existing dealer portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end-users.
- Promote products, services, and campaigns; participate in promotional events.
- Conduct dealer visits: negotiate, manage sales policies, contracts, and partnership programs.
- Support end-users with product advice, tire inspections, vehicle checks, and performance follow-up.
- Track tire performance, mileage, and provide CPK/cost-saving simulations.
- Manage dealer solvency, credit levels, and ensure proper billing/supply follow-up.
- Prepare reports on sales, activities, and market insights (competition, prices, conditions).
- Analyze territory KPIs, set objectives, and propose corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure compliance with company sales methods, tools, and reporting processes.
