Associate Account Manager

• Supports Manager / Associate Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.
• Works collaboratively across Dentsu and the network as needed -uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu.
• Execution and evaluation of these solutions through the communications planning process.
• Project manages clients' communications plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Manages team and client business to deliver KPIs e.g., service PRF, and accurately tracks costs.
• Allocates team resources to ensure delivery of data and info required for pitches.
• Builds strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Manages Exec and/or Grads: reviews, feedback, development plans
• Presents regularly both internally and to clients

• Minimum 4+ years of account servicing experience in an advertising or digital marketing field, preferably from an agency
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must

• Good interpersonal skill
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Both in Vietnamese and English)
• Attention to detail / Well-organized in the way of working & thought process.
• Proper delivery internally & externally in all aspects: documents/works/communication
• Hard-working, dedicated to work.
• Adaptable, can work under pressure.
• Logical thinking
