Job Responsibilities
- Manage stable electricity flow for production with an understanding of the structure of the factory's electrical equipment - Firmly grasp the structure of freezer and cold storage, maintain and repair related damages - Propose for further development of available machinery and equipment - Explore and research new techniques into how machines can increase product quality, safety, and production efficiency - Calculate costs comprehensively when investing in machinery in the factory - Create a history management book of the factory's main machines, record and save repairs and new details for each device - Predict when machinery and equipment need to be replaced and repaired, and prepare documents to set the deadline for replacing equipment parts - Provide technical direction to staff directly responsible for production, contact, and communicate regularly - Manage and operate wastewater treatment systemsJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: 26 ~ 39 ・Gender: Any ・Education: College or University majoring in automation or electromechanics ・Foreign Language: Not required ・Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in system maintenance in manufacturing companies - Proficient in using technical drawing software, reading and understanding mechanical and electrical drawings, and Sequence diagram drawings. - Know how to weld tig, minimum 3G - Understanding of automatic equipment, knowledge of fire prevention and safety ・Personal characteristics: Honest, careful, agile, creative in work, logically and systematically
Preferable skill / Experience
・Experience: - At least 1 year of team management experience - Maintenance experience in a food company ・Language: English or Japanese at Conversational Level ・Skills: Can read electrical drawings, and repair and refurbish electrical machinery and equipment.
