  • Lead teams to standardize and build the maintenance data base for plant. Plan and organize the preventive maintenance activities at the plant to ensure the equipment, machines working in the best condition and support technical projects to achieve the best-in-class results aim to achieve the production planning with safely producing and highest quality products and to meet customer expectation.
  • Leads team to drive PPE program.
  • Communicate a compelling vision for innovation in maintenance development functions.
  • Contribute to the Operational team by forging effective working relationships and gaining credibility and respect among colleagues in a matrix, organization.
  • Be accountable for managing Maintenance Department and advancing maintenance developments to support business goals.
  • Oversees the development and executes against operational plan and annual investment plan for Opex and Ordinary Capex plans. This includes; advancements in maintenance, processing, packaging, and automation processes and equipment; maintenance programs, processes and technology improvements; expansions.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that there are solid maintenance specifications, standardization, programs and practices enforced to effectively ensure consistency and implement improvements to successfully realize manufacturing performance within budget and delivering upon agreed savings and improvements.
  • Be accountable for overseeing the development capital program that focuses on key initiatives and projects that allow to meet current business needs as well as annual and strategic goals. Partnering with finance managing project planning process driving approval for specific projects, resource allocation and target setting for individual projects.
  • Be accountable for periodic reviews with key stake holders against the approved maintenance budget.
  • Be responsible for safeguarding compliance for safety throughout asset management standards and policies (in both engineering and maintenance) in order to ensure safe, reliable and efficient performance capable of optimizing technical availability of manufacturing assets. This applies to all installed production hardware, utilities and facilities.
  • Be accountable for ongoing optimization of maintenance processes by analysing and continuous improving workflows and ways of working.
  • Be responsible for spare parts management for maintenance activities to ensure the business goals and minimize the stock value.
  • Be responsible for driving connectivity between Group Engineering from other OCs to ensure best practice sharing and technical advancements in the manufacturing units.
  • Be responsible for the development of people within the technical department and ensuring proper resource and succession planning is in place.
  • Be responsible for OT management to comply with SEDEX program.
Experience requirementsExperience:
  • 7-10 years of progressive professional experience in manufacturing environments and project management within an international organization.
  • 5-7 years' experience in industrial equipment maintenance and operation, specifically with regard to assets management.
Knowledge:
  • Major in Mechanical or Electrical certified.
  • Industrial Safe work knowledge.
  • Good in project management.
  • Good in industrial maintenance knowledge.
  • Good knowledge in equipment hygienic design in GMP factory.
  • Knowledge of relevant procedures and working instructions in quality, safety, environmental management systems and other related Safety and Environmental standards and procedures.
Professional and technical Skills:
  • Project management.
  • English level C or equivalent.
  • Good in using office tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Good in using AutoCad drawing and Ms.project.
  • Certificates of Ms Project, Project management.
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and in writing.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering major.
