VN-Finance Intern

• Collecting and processing data from platforms, systems on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Support to handle the booking of Retail transactions from the platforms (e.g., Lazada and Shopee)
• Invoicing to customers when required.
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as recording entries, reconciling books of accounts and Balance sheet Account management,
• Sending Statement of Accounts to clients and following up the collection. Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for the accounts receivable accounting function.
• 3-way-matching purchased invoices in NetSuite.
• Independently and effectively work with company operational staff and others to assure the proper and timely submission of invoices.
• Maintain master files such as product list; maintain transaction details in systems.
• Support Senior Accountant update and maintain Trackers, follow with other Stake Holders for any issues, delay on processing or payment/collection.
• Handling supporting documentation.
• Support other team members to complete tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by the Senior managers.
