- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, assessments, and data entry.
- Assist in building and maintaining the candidate database.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure HRBP processes and compliance, including but not limited to onboarding, employee engagement, etc.
- Provide support in HRBP-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Handle other administrative duties as required by the supervisor.
- Open to 3rd or 4th year university students.
- Strong interest in Human Resources.
- Available for a 6-month internship (full-time or part-time, minimum 4 days/week).
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (data processing & analysis), Google Slides, Canva, etc.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, attention-to-detail, and highly responsible with a friendly and patient attitude.
