- Identify same location partners proximity
- Offer services to similar partners (landlords, concierge, in mall DS Boutique managers & heal of clienteling)
- Networking within Local Luxury field
- Work on partnership strategy and yearly calendar to animate & generate traffic driver with relevant audience
- Follow up on relevant moments to be address to VIP clients
- Develop local eventing plan in partnership with Retail & Marketing
- Track performance and recommend improvements
- Benchmark clienteling activities of the luxury field
- Implement and monitor the Behavior in store tracker (BA portal)
- Monitor and coach store team and each BA on their clienteling KPI's and tools
- Work and liaise closely with CRM team to leverage on key analytics to build action plan
- Evaluate performance of BA and In Store event initiatives taken and keep improving the model to better scale.
- Proven experience in client-facing role within luxury field
- Strong Leadership skill with the ability to coach and motivate team
- Passion for beauty industry with ideal existing network
- Exceptional Communication skills delivering exceptional CS & work with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM system and ability to analyze data
- Result-oriented mindset (VIP recruitment, First Class Client Engagement)
- At least 2 years' experience in the same position, Beauty company is a plus
