Then it seems like you'd make a great addition to our vibrant international team.Position Headline:Plans and monitors achievement of agreed sales targets (north territory) of a dedicated sales team in a specified area and for an assigned part of Siemens' portfolio.You'll create impact by:
  • Ensures adherence to Sales guidelines and ensures achievements of the targets set.
  • Proposes sales budgets for the team and regularly monitors the achievements for a defined based of distributors.
  • Directly supports Area Sales Professionals in customer visits and negotiations.
  • Acts as first level of escalation for respective cases and issues.
  • Supports superior in matters of product and service positioning for the market area assigned and provides respective input.
  • Initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures, or the setup of customer related projects.
  • Support strategic key customers' business development.
  • Leads an assigned team of Distributor Sales Professionals.
  • Support strategic key customers' business development.
  • Sets up and monitors portfolio consulting or portfolio consulting research projects in cooperation with the assigned sales team and customers and oversees and monitors respective project progress.
  • Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Your defining qualities:
  • University degree or higher education in engineering, business engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Prefer candidates who have more than 10 years' experience in business and relationship in the Building & Industrial market in the North Territory (End-user/ EPC/ MEP/ Panel Builder) and also know-how of Electrical products which is required & preferred. Resilient in challenging situations, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-player and able to build trust with internal and external partners Business fluent in English and local language skills are an advantage
