
Sales Leader – Consumer Electronics

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5 sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies, action plans, and execution roadmaps to increase market share in Consumer Electronics.
- Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen presence in assigned regions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure effective sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting.
- Drive excellence in sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth go-to-market activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within Consumer Electronics / FMCG / Retail industry, including at least 2 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market information.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
