Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable business impact.
Ensure ethical, secure, and scalable implementation of AI technologies, including machine learning, computer vision, and generative AI.
Represent AI initiatives to the Board, shareholders, and external partners, providing clear and actionable insights.
Oversee AI-related budgets, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships to maximize ROI.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and manufacturing technologies, ensuring the company remains a market leader.

Hold a Ph.D. or a master's degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, Math or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and growing an AI/ML/Analytics/ Data Science function within a large organisation
Strong technical skills background to enable clear direction and effective evaluation of AI/ML & Data Science projects
Experienced in setting and driving AI/ML/Data Science strategy from the short to long term, and selling this into key stakeholders to secure business case funding
Deep understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
Passionate about driving innovation and making a tangible impact in the manufacturing sector.
Experience in high-growth, global organizations is highly desirable.
