- Responsible for the daily procurement of non-direct production materials, including supplier development, product price negotiation, cost control, and other supplier management tasks. Capable of independently developing suppliers, conducting inquiries, comparing prices, negotiating prices, placing orders, and signing contracts with suppliers.
- Follow up on procurement delivery progress and confirm delivery schedules.
- Regularly evaluate existing suppliers by assessing their quality, delivery time, price, service, and credit capabilities to ensure smooth supply channels and compliance with company requirements.
- Complete procurement tasks within the specified timeframe while minimizing cash-on-delivery (COD) payments.
- Oversee and coordinate the handling of delivery issues, urgent problems, material returns, and claims.
- Coordinate and resolve issues encountered during procurement activities.
- Internal: Coordinate and manage cooperative relationships between departments.
- External: Address issues encountered during the procurement process with suppliers (including quality, technical, service, delivery, and cost)
- Education: Associate degree or above in procurement-related majors.
- More than 3 years of procurement experience.
- Familiar with procurement-related processes.
- Proficient in operating office software.
- Familiar with product performance and well-versed in industry conditions.
- Analytical skills: Strong market analysis capabilities.
- Serious and responsible work attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to independently resolve issues.
