Supplier Quality Engineer Manager

• Preferably in screw, nut, or hardware manufacturing

• Minimum 5-8 years of Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Proficient in supplier quality audit, development, and inspection processes

• Able to define supplier quality requirements based on ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards

• Experienced in leading supplier quality improvement projects

• Familiar with screw manufacturing processes (cold heading, threading, heat treatment, surface treatment) or metal processing

• Capable of analyzing supplier quality issues and implementing corrective actions

• Cost & Delivery: Able to balance quality, cost, and delivery requirements, coordinating supplier resources

• Chinese or English Sufficient for communication with Taiwanese/overseas headquarters (English preferred)

• Communication & Coordination Skills: Strong ability to communicate and coordinate, maintaining good relationships with internal teams and external suppliers

• Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Resilience & Multitasking: Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Responsibility & Discipline: Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to company rules and procedures

• Experience in foreign or multinational companies

• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D reports, and other quality tools

• Experience in supplier development and qualification

• Participated in international customer audits in the screw industry
