Business Strategy:
- Initiate, plan and execute business development strategies, tactics and specific action plans aimed at growing and expanding VAS business
- Evaluate business opportunities and formulate dedicated action plans for each individual market launch (i.e. market and media landscape analysis, mobile operators, gateways, aggregators etc)
- Develop specific strategies aimed at establishing profitable business-models and service longevity
- Create and present compelling product & service proposals tailored to the needs of the local mobile operators, mobile gateways and the regulatory requirements
- Research, analyze and recruit new traffic sources (Google, independent DSP networks, affiliation networks, independent media buyers and publishers etc.) that will help you grow a healthy and profitable user base across a variety of geos
- Contribute to the company's Internal Media Buying efforts within and outside the region by providing detailed insight and hands-on tactics aimed at the profit maximization and customer value
- Work with the product team to develop and Improve Existing VAS Product portfolio that fits the needs of the various markets in terms of compliance and profitability. Play an active role when it comes to the idea generation, product conceptualization, planning all the way to the execution and product launch
- Explore, propose and overlook ideas that will allow extra monetization of the existing service(s) e.g. cross-selling between VAS and CC submit products
- Propose new services based on the hands-on knowledge and experience with the region that will help the company differentiate itself from the competition
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of the various markets and traffic partners. Monitor and evaluate daily the profitability
- Prepare regular reports for management to assess progress and make informed decisions. Propose new QS or internal reporting systems or create manual reports if needed
- Coordinate with the team to deliver all assets necessary to run successful campaigns on the market. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in the sprint planning
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the quality standards and the budget.
- Take ownership of all projects related to the markets
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the MVAS industry
- Proven track record launching successful DCB and PSMS campaigns
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Great attention to detail and go-getter attitude
- English fluency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
