- Seek and bring new business opportunities on Renewable Energy Installation (Solar Rooftop, Solar Farm…), M&A the RTS COD before 31/12/2020, and Energy Efficiency, other energy solutions, create relationships and good networking with potential clients, extend the industrial company network in Vietnam, introduce, and present the investment opportunities to the client's key stakeholders for successful deals.
- Drive the pre-sales, sales and after sales process with customers, be the key person contact for customers within the Company, with the support from the technical team.
- Organize site visits and work with Engineering team and Construction team for commercial deals, collect necessary technical information for the preliminary proposal (electricity bills, drawings of building, layout, financial reports, etc.)
- Networking and events participation: enhance company's presence and visibility in the country.
- Be involved in the analysis and negotiation of contract terms, planning, pricing with customers and contractors.
- Provide support to all internal and external communication and consultation programs carried out by the Company.
- Attend the weekly meeting and other periodical meetings with HQ.
- Good English communication is a must (at least TOEIC 700 or IELTS 5.5).
- Ability of Japanese/ Korean/ Mandarin communication is a plus.
- Good understanding of the overall Sales Management activity, extended Sales experience across industrial zones.
- Strong understanding capacity of our businesses and relevant regulations.
- Capacity to lead negotiation with customers, subcontractors, and partners.
- Networking appetite, willingness to catch new clients, objective persistence.
- Excellent international communication and coordination capacity.
- Available for very frequent national travel and some international travel.
- Rigorous and organized mindset.
