- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate a strong partnership between GSK and key accounts, becoming the primary point of contact to support HCP needs and drive product access.
- Account Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement account plans that ensure market access and supply continuity while anticipating and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Resolve HCP issues and complaints promptly, ensuring consistent and open communication between accounts and internal teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams in field force, marketing, logistics, and other departments to align on strategies and deliver the highest quality of materials and services to meet account needs.
- Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders, supporting the development of strategic business and tactical plans.
- Drive Business Objectives: Execute account-based activities aligned with broader business goals, maximizing profit and product availability across your territory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Field Force position, with deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
