Job Description :ACG_3378_JOBOur client is a leading construction corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Design and drive a partnership growth strategy across domestic and international markets, identifying and prioritizing high-impact strategic partner segments.Conduct market research and customer insight analysis to uncover industry trends and consumer behavior, translating findings into proposals for new, highly competitive exhibition products/services.Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close strategic collaborations; steward partner relationships to ensure long-term value and continuity.Develop product and partnership frameworks, including commercial models, revenue structure, pricing approach, and go-to-market/implementation plans; monitor performance and effectiveness from concept stage through execution.Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, copyright, and intellectual property practices in both local and international contexts; identify, mitigate, and manage partnership-related risks.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.Proven experience in partnership development, strategic business development, or product development; experience in B2B environments is strongly preferred—particularly within exhibitions, MICE, or events.Strong capability in market research, building product and revenue models, and executing partnerships effectively end-to-end.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with local and international stakeholders; strong working proficiency in English.Strategic mindset with high ownership, strong commercial acumen, proactive execution, and solid risk management judgment.Contact: Ha HoangDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
