Accountability: The Senior Market Development Expert is responsible for supporting the parent company’s growth ambitions in Vietnam by actively promoting Lubrizol products, conducting in-depth market research, building local market intelligence, and facilitating effective communication between the local market and the parent company. The role ensures all activities strictly comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Vietnam and the scope of the Representative Office license.Responsibilities: include the following, to be conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Vietnam and scope of permitted activities of the Rep. Office license. * Assist the parent company in promoting Lubrizol products on the local market

Conduct market research and provide local market and market information to the parent company.
Provide support and assistance to the parent company in conducting liaison activities.
Assist the parent company in providing information of Lubrizol products to local partners of the parent company.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in market development, business development, or sales in the chemical or related industries
Solid knowledge of the Vietnamese market and local industry landscape
Proven experience in market analysis, research, and reporting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (both in Vietnamese and English)
High level of integrity, professional ethics, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to travel locally as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
