Job Responsibilities
1/ Sales management • Serve as the main point of contact and maintain strong working relationships with sales agencies. • Collaborate closely with sales agencies to align sales activities and improve overall sales performance. • Analyze sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities, and support the Department Head in developing sales strategies together with relevant internal teams. • Support senior managers in negotiating cooperation schemes with sales agencies, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and performance expectations. • Collect market information from external channels and report timely and accurate updates to senior managers. • Maintain and further develop the company's brand image and reputation among sales agencies. • Ensure sales agencies comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. 2/ Coordination • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Strategic Planning) to propose and develop sales initiatives and ideas. • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, Legal, Design, etc.) to support the smooth execution of partner activities and sales strategy implementation.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field. ・Age: 26 - 30 ・Gender: Any ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/ partner management: ・Experience working with external sales agencies or real estate developers. ・Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ・Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive under pressure. ・Key competencies: relationship management, result orientation, communication skills, problem-solving ability.
Prefer Skills
- Experience in residential real estate sales is highly preferred.
