- Develop and implement the overall business development and sales strategy for Vietnam, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals.
- Lead, coach, and oversee the local business development team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify, develop, and secure high-value opportunities by building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior commercial leadership.
- Work closely with Key Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing teams to drive a unified and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in B2B sales and business development, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing sales teams.
- Strong, hands-on experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sector is essential for this role.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and executing effective sales strategies, with a proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth in the Vietnam market.
